Some of that stuff is strictly for a full build up and you should be aiming for a power level, not a certain amount of psi. 13psi on a 16G is not the same as 13psi on a GT30.

I think you're way in over your head already.

Hey good to see you got a list together! hopefully i can help a little more with this project for ya!

This is something that has to be exhaustively researched until you have no energy to do anymore and feel completely and overly comfortable with starting everything....

if you are going to do pistons don't do the k20 pistons, they have a higher compression ratio than ours, i would go JE or CP (that's what i've done) and they are pretty much off the shelf pistons....

what do you mean by heat shield gasket? for the headers? if so not worth it, just take the shield off....

valves? might as well if you are planning on revving any higher than stock and your gonna get valve spring and retainers....

any idea if you want to rods also?

if your doing sleeving ERL is the only place i have had luck with I have tried at least 6 other locations with no luck from CA to the midwest... and ERL had a quick turnaround and high quality product!

Have a manifold made, all the premade ones (IMO) are BS, and not great quality....

the turbo depends on what your power goals are, I may have mine for sale soon, but something similar would be a good start for you (SC34 from precision or a GT3071R)... but again it depends on your power goals and such....

This is a list for a full build up just like stated above, that's what you want to do correct? and if so have a HP goal in mind definitely not a PSI goal because that does depend on what turbo your using.....

do NOT forget fuel! bigger injectors, fuel rail, pump, fpr and such for high hp goals. I also noticed how people spend all the money on all other stuff but when it comes to EMS, they cheap out. EMS and a good tune will make or break it all. You can have anything under the hood but if your tune is crappy or you just have a VAFC or something, drop the whole idea right now.
Also, exhaust plays a very important role so don't just buy a magna flow and call it a day. In the end, search search and search again. Trust me, you might want to get yourself educated on this before you start it or you will end up like me doing everything twice.

What happened to buying an evo or srt-4? :bash::thinking:
For the reason that if u get a SRT 4 stock ill be paying like 20+k just for 240WHP stock.. then i would still have to invest alot more money into the car to get some real numbers!
That list right there is like 1/3 of the payment on a srt-4
YUP YUP!!!
