looks like a sweet project...

i wouldn't paint the back of the headlights tho...they look good cleaned and neat like they are...paint will just cheapen your OEM looking finish and be harder to keep clean...JMO tho..

This is so awesome. I just got a pair of stanleys that I traded for a cd player. I am planing on doing this too! Blacked out housings, yellow high beams with the bmw shouds and tsx projectors.

2 things...

1. they look like they'll be pointed too low...just judging by the angle of the reflector and projector
2. the shroud will hit the blackhousing when fully assembled...the e46 bezels need to be pretty much flush with the reflector on top (i mean the round part where the lens goes through.
