Take the time and read the thread. The same question was asked at least four times.
alternator to batter is not ground. you don't need to fuse any ground wires.
our alternator is rated at 80 amps (i think), so that's all the higher you'd really need.
but 1/0 wire can handle over 150amps of current, so that's about the max you'd want. (i used 150)
Mighty Mike your going to want to use a 250-300A ANL fuse.
um, 200amp is too big. I would use like a 30-50 amp. IIRC the stock alt only had an 80 amp output
