Oh wow toke a pretty nice hit.... whats going to happen now? parting or just reconstructing?

well, it just went to the body shop today and they said it's border line to either totaled or repairable. Tomorrow the insurance is going to the shop and make the final decision either to fix it or not.

Same here.

Sorry to hear about your car man, glad you're alright. What's the latest?

The ****ing asshole went to his lawyer and said he was "injuired". Even tho after the accident he walked about a block to use a pay phone and he also told the officer that he was not hurt. I want to go **** this guy up right now. :explode:

isnt there something in the police records showing that he was fine, didnt request for an ambulance to get him ETC ETC

im sure theres a way around this...

but then again when i got rear ended i told the police i was fine too but 4 days later i was in agonizing pain, didnt go to a lawyer though

The police saw that he was fine, and have it down. Hopefully everything is okay.

sorry man, but thats totaled, do you plan on buying it back?

and airbags..

Well the body shop said it's border line. So it's up to the insurance.

The wierd thing is that my passenger air bag went off but not the driver one. The was in accident before I bought it but i don't know if the airbags were deployed.
