do 2001-2002 jdm fog lights fit 1998-2000???

thanks for the advice...i had oem fogs in there before but they burned out and cracked so im just gonna wire these up to the same power and switch..the replacement bulbs are H11 right? im thinking of doing HID fogs to go with 8000k headlights I have in there now

let me know how this turns out cuz my oem fogs are cracked too.i was going to buy the $130 kit as i have not been able to find the fogs w/o the whole kit.
