just a hypothetical...

someone walks up and asks "hey, are those volks?"

what would you say? :lawl:

i'd feel ashamed to say "nah...they just look like volks."

these wheels look nice, they would be nicer in a full polished face for a classier look. but them black and bronze look good too.

I would just say... nah they're varrstoens man. Ahah. I would rock these than pay couple grand just for real ones. Weight difference is a big factor, but just for cosmetics its not that bad.

id rather pay once for real forged rims than 3, 4 times when a cheap wheel gets bent or breaks.

not to mention real te-37s weigh like 13lbs each...these are probably 20 apiece (or more)...

I doubt that if the wheels will break on you 3-4 times. it wouldnt be VIA/JWL certified.

i'm guessing the certifications are lab tests...and i thought JWL was a benchmark for the aluminum used, not the rim itself, although i'm definitely not 100% on that.

i've hit pot holes/seams/railroad tracks that felt like they could have bent my stock 15s with 55 series tires.

in the real world, it might be a different situation.

I thought the same until i had 2 work wheels crack on me.

Paying 780 for each replacement made me cry lol

varrstoen's are 200-250 a piece..that's a 3rd of a what the average work or volk wheel cost..let's not even get into the prices of bbs, hre, or ccw...

I've seen a lot of people on e46fanatics run these. Some say they're the "best" TE-37 reps out haha.
