i have had mine off for 3-4 years now. no major issues

Okay just thought I'd ask. What do you mean by no "major" issues? Any small problems come up?

lol...stripping the interior is for ricers :lawl: unless you're going all in or are using significantly lighter seats, theres no real point.

Yeah the only problem is he thinks his car is a race car when the only things he's done is basically copy me in getting an intake and throttle body spacer and he got new mufflers. I mean sure, V6s are beast...but damn he needs to stop treating his car like a twin turbo'd supra. He thinks that doing the slightest little changes (such as the PS removal HP gain of maybe...1) will make his car so much faster. I'm just thinking, since he's going to have the car for a long while, why the hell not just save up for a turbo and partial rebuild? :dunce:

i alway say, if its your DD then it makes no sense doing it because its more of a convenience factor. having no PS when stuck in traffic and have to move out SUUUCCCKKKSSSS... If its his weekend ride then maybe i would say ok but i love PS and AC in the summer times o im kinda bias

It's his car, let him do it. Help him it'll be fun!:)

Haha I don't want to be involved in the deconstruction of his car. Next thing you know, he'll want to just remove his cat and resonator and mufflers and just have a straight 4 inch pipe going along the exhaust. (exaggeration of course)

Its a LUXURY that I don't really want. I can put the power steering pump right back on and re-attach the hydraulic lines if i don't like it.

The best part is that I have suggested, found, and installed 85% of Will's parts, and he takes advice from a buddy of ours who works primarily on 4x4 trucks and American cars... whatever he says, will takes as 110% FACT :deal: :jealousbow: :darryl:

Also, just for the record, it was the rear seats I want to get rid of eventually, and racing seats up front. git yo facts stwait.

now just chill, bro....

have him try parking a car without power steering. After doing that, i'm sure he will change his mind.

be like it is
dont blindly accept "facts" but take everything you learn and form your own opinion.

that goes for everything in life.

no point in removing your rear seats, really, unless youre going to also strip out everything else like the spare, jack, etc. then you might as well remove the sound deadening since taking out the rear seats makes the car louder anyway...and the carpet...well, basically copy steverino's build cause unless youre going racing (i mean...real racing) its ricerific.

1. have fun changing lanes in stop and go traffic without someone smashing into you

2. You did not install 85% we worked together. Don't take credit for all the things you may not have done.

3. The facts I'm getting are not from David. So don't know where you're getting that.

4. Don't use the whipped thing when I don't take his word for fact, I just consider it while you blow off the opinions of a guy who DOES work on cars, whether they be american or not.

5. Quit doing small insignificant mods and save up for a turbo. Then come talk to me about "horsepower gains" mr. 1 HP gain...

So stop trying to slam me for my opinion when it's something you should consider.

My rear seats and all of that stuff... will happen when im like 30 years old, when I have a turbo and J30A4 swap and CL-S 6speed. I'll be like the next MikeyMike :naughty: , but with a J32 instead of a J30 and a turbo instead of S/C.

btw, I'm never selling my car. ever. So please don't give me the "you're just ruining the resale value when you remove everything..." yatta yatta yatta.
