I do EVERYTHING by hand if I can with the exception of buffing.

I'm really anal about my paint, lol.

Oh wow, that must be pain in the butt lol, I did that once and never did it again, though I do apply wax by hand sometimes. It takes so long and really tiring

I doubt you would remove all scratches with DA polisher... or you mean use DA sander to sand?

DA sander. polishers are usually orbital. but you'd be surprised what you can cut out of a car if you know how to use a wheel.

Well, I just wetsanded My new(to me) CF hood. Guys wet sanding is the sh*t, It will correct also any flaw in your clear coat. Just be carefull and patient by this i mean make sure you correct any sanding lines you've left in the process.

The only real cost is the sand paper, thats if you dont have the rubbing compound or any of the detailing products including his buffer.
