Updates go both ways pal. You can pick up the phone too. I gave you updates, but you obvoiously wanted me to update you weekly, when I would not even be working on your order. I made it clear from the very start how things would work out and how things would be done. You obviously didn't understand that. I am sorry, but I do not have the staff to hold your hand 24/7. Nor at the time was it on my priority list when I got 65+ other customers who are waiting for us to get our shop together. Do you understand the amount of work, time, and things actually going on here pal. The world does not revolved around you...and you just proved that I replied to you, and I replied ASAP....again you are being UNREASONABLE..and even after I paid the shipping, and got your set out before your rude *** e-mail from today.

Everyone else is grateful, but YOU!! I even upgraded you when I did not have to since you ordered AFTER everyone else!!

Dude you were harassing me when you already had a invoice!!!!! That is the type of person you are man!! I hope to God that these people realize what a pain you are.

YES, the same delay that everyone else waited for....you knew you ordered after everyone else. When did everyone elses coilovers ship out..last week!! Who's shipped out this week..YOURS!! DUH..cause you ordered after them!! On top of that!! I PAID THE SHIPPING! What makes you special? Nothing? I think your pissed off cause I shipped out the coilovers, and that your not getting a refund. There is more to your story cause your acting hella crazy. Your probably tight with money or something cause you should have shut your mouth a long time ago when I had e-mailed you today I got your set out yesterday. You get pissed off 1 day after I speak to you???? Uh ok man. You make it sound like I didn't reply to you and told you your stuff would not ship out for 3 more weeks or something. I shipped them out in less than 24 hours after talking to you lol. You really do need to CHILL! I'm done with you.

Have a good 4th everyone!

lol you keep telling me to chill and relax, when im really not getting worked up. I cant wait for the product to arrive and for me to rant and rave on how good it is....its just the journey to this point has been anything but smooth.

have a good one, pal.

good stuff. I stand corrected. I should have noted that i was reading the forums 6-7 months ago before i bought amr's. Will you be redesigning and replacing free of charge the lower mounts for our 6th gen coilovers? Nothing is ever your fault, its always someone else right. :)

i love how my posts are invisible to andy. lol. If you're going to respond to my questions about replacing the lower mounts, at least tell us what the fix you told the p11/p10 guys.

Honestly, I've never seen a business owner act so childish and insulting to it's customers. I was one the first to buy from you though this site, i've answer countless questions and pm's from other members regarding your coils and i've always spoken highly of them but your actions on this site is just embarrassing. I'm embarrassed for you, take your own advice and grow up man. Anyways, i look forward to hearing from you about the fix. Have a good 4th . I may be calling you if i don't hear back.

Trying to say this as respectfully as possible, because I wasn't involved in the situation and don't know what kind of hassles were involved, but you have an interesting way of addressing your customers who spend over $1,000 on your product AND wait months to get it. If your business runs on word-of-mouth as you've said, I'm surprised by some of the comments you make so boldly and so publicly

I have the same issue on mine. The AMRs are seriously thick haha. I don't think it's that serious right now but Nick had the same issues. Mine make a little noise while driving.

Do you get that noise when driving over small bumps or uneven road? Its like "clap" sound or something, really quiet and not loud?

That's what I have...

I would describe it as a very quiet chattering sound from the rear. It doesn't happen often but over certain bumps it happens yeah. It's a very quiet clunking sound.

That's what I have. I wonder what could that be?

I am planning to take off the endlinks to see if they are scratching/touching the coils. If they are then that's that noise that's I am hearing, if not then I have no idea what that could be.
