Lost to an ugly Monte

I just need to vent to the community....

I got my car all washed up and it looks great (especially amongst all the snow covered cars on the roads). I'm feeling good and then an ugly, dirty V6 Monte Carlo with those hideous pink HID bulbs wants to run and I figure it's an easy win. I have well over $1500 invested in the intake/exhaust and suspension department, and this hick in a bone stock Monte takes me? Yes, it was close, but come on. It's disheartening you know? Any support from my brethren, or just heckling?

If you're interested, I had him til about 70mph. My little girl is a beast in 1st and 2nd gear, then.....

see, i dont challenge people in straight lines... they will always have you, i perfer roads that are windy, rough, and slightly misleading when the conditions worsen, hence why i love IL winters!!!
