my car was off for 2 hours and i got in and it was hot inside. and was it 50 out side. its like that alot. i think something running while the car is off. and when your standing next to it when is off you hear a quiet errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr every now and then its very annoying lol. some one let me know what is lol

mine makes this noise and also sounds like a cd changer changing cds. (no i dont have the oem changer)

the heat thing is prolly cuz of the sun hitting the windshied. like a magnafying glass. and heating the inside.

lol it almost sounds like the car is farting? I don't know about your car being hot inside though. it's the car releasing fuel pressure you hear I believe. it's normal on the 4 cylinders.

I lol'd at most of these responses. I'm going to guess that the car has been parked in the sun. As for the "errrrrrrrr" sound money says that will be the EVAP system venting excess pressure from the charcoal canister. It does that so your car doesn't explode.
