ok i been looking around trying to find away to make my motor faster and i seen a posting that was talking about a h22 head on a f23 block would anyone know if thats possible or is it better jusr to go with a swap .....

Search for the G23 swap. Very Costly and Time Consuming. Only the most experienced and capable members have been able to do it. You are better off to go FI

Are you v6? You do realize that an Intake and Exhaust give you virtually no hp gains on our cars...?

So how much hp do you gain from headers,exhaust,cold air Ngk plugs and wires and a few other things here and there.
