front lip problem

What's up guys I brought a front lip for my car and its off by 1".... I put it against the bumber and everything else looks great.... but the only part wrong is the length...:( answers plz before I return it...

Ps would a coupe lip be shorter then the sedan.... or are they all the same length

length for coupe and sedan lips are different.

can you show us some pics to show where it falls short?

I know my abs mugen lip needed to be heated up a little on one side with a heat gun and then pulled on pretty hard to make it around the side.

lesson learned there is never buy an abs one, get the polyurethane version :lawl:

if you did get the lip for the coupe instead of the sedan just shave the whole top off and mount only in the front of your wheel wells looks sick that way just be careful use a sander. :Smoker:

Had the same issue with my old xenon lip. Like almighty said, grab a good heat gun and alot of elbow grease and make that bich fit

My coupe and sedan lips have always been the same length however the sedan lips are more square, however I always cut mine up so I'm probably wrong. My coupe lip was off about an inch long so I got inch longer screws for the back :lawl:

If It's to short and ABS then exchange it.
if It's to short and polyurethane then just stretch however you risk having the front of the lip bo up in the middle
