thinking about getting some skunk2 coil overs

im just getting the sleeves and running them with my stock struts. they are for my 98 accord coupe this is my daily/ my hooptie so not trying to throw much money in to the car just want it to looking decent any opinions

i dont think skunk2 makes them for our cars anymore, and this isnt a very busy site so you dont have to bump every minute

Your stock shocks were not meant to be run with anything other than stock springs, so I would suggest you look in to a cheap alternative, other than ebay, and use something that won't end up costing you more in the long run.

yea i found a shop that has them for 297.99 free shipping

Yes, lowering springs and aftermarket shocks that are pretty much an OEM replacement.

Tokico Blues come to mind.

You can get H & R springs to go with those.

Otherwise, be patient, save up and get a set of full coilovers, which would probably be the best option.

i was acually gonna buy lowering springs but then read some reviews and talked to a few ppl on here and decided to wait and get the ff type 2's and im so happy i waited

yea not really a fan of lowering springs had some tein s tech on my ep3 and didnt like the drop it gave me the most u usually get is like a 2'' DROP on springs and with the coil overs i can raise or go lower if i do decide to go with the skunk 2 sleeves do u know of any good struts that will not cost a arm and a leg
