Here is the only picture of my car after christmas when i put on HIDs and a lip..
AiRNG5tCEAEEiqUjpglarge.jpg

After two snow storms and a few sliding accidents i f*cked it up pretty bad, not to mention the kid who smashed my windshield. Im going to be putting on new bumpers, fenders, hood, headlights, mirrors, and passenger side doors. A new windshield has already been put in.

you can see here where the pillar got bent because the new doors dont fit perfectly

Fishtailed into a fire hydrant....

AFTER being straightened a little, it still looks like this..

One of the HIDs is still good so if anyone is looking for ONE 8000k or has one, let me know
IMGP0178.jpg

Got all these for about $550.00 used
IMGP0179.jpg

IMGP0177.jpg

Interior is still cleannnn
IMGP0181.jpg

New door's interiors match perfectly!

The only reason I'm doing all this work....

So let's just say I can't leave my house for a while..so I'll be updating this pretty much everyday

My plan is to get everything fitting right, then sand it all down and paint the new stuff black along with the bottom half of the doors. I dont have the money or drive to get everything painted professionally lol. If anyone needs any windows from the passenger side doors, the interior, or the window motors...let me know

any tips on anything are appreciated !

Tips on sand paper, bondo, and cheap painting options would be a big help also!

UPDATE april/2012

So I put all the parts on my car and drove around for a couple months in this hidious thing

IMGP0196.jpg

IMGP0195.jpg

I luckily got it to pass inspection without having to get the pillar pulled!
when it went for inspection I ended up needing a new cat, exhaust pipe, tie rods, Air bag sensors to get the SRS light off, and an alignment.

I got my car back in less than a week then the clutch was acting up so I took it back. The slave cylinder I put in last year was shot so my mechanic put in a OEM honda slave cylinder and everything feels great!

Finally got sick of the exterior and decided to go for the truck bed liner DIY repaint...

I talked to an employee at the car paint store and he suggested I paint with a rubberized undercoat because it would give the same look and still leave a paintable surface for the future

heres what Im using

IMGP0204.jpg

after sanding and prepping the hood, fenders, and bumper...

IMGP0198.jpg

IMGP0197.jpg

I began painting only to realize I needed more paint......I had my brother grab me some more but a different brand because all the specialized paint stores were closed and I wanted to get the front end finished that afternoon. He grabbed Duplicolor brand from advance auto parts

IMGP0205.jpg

This stuff f**kin sucks compared to the SEM brand and started spitting big drops all over my hood resulting in this

IMGP0199.jpg

IMGP0200.jpg

Though I was unhappy with this, im not done with the front really so I know Ill be able to go back over everything and touch any imperfections the Duplicolor brand left behind

I sanded and prepped my passenger and drivers side doors the next day

IMGP0203.jpg

IMGP0202.jpg

Ill be posting pics of the results soon!

either way it will look 100% better than having a gold, green, and silver car in my opinion so im excited for the outcome

UPDATE (4/25/12)

Got a couple things in..

IMGP0208.jpg

I've managed to paint the front end and the passenger/drivers doors

Im not done because the cheaper paint f**ked it up lol but no worries

here's how she looks right now

8000k's are back and shining and I just put that hood bra on as well.... axleback is in the mail

Nice little project for ya..

Can I ask why you CAN'T leave the house? Did you do some no-no's and you need to hide out? That would suck..

With the new parts should be all good - as long as you can pull that pillar.

I smell possible house arrest until court appearance...:peek: ...maybe sick, or broke a bone lol.

Nevertheless looks like you got something to keep you busy OP.

At 17 I hope not.

Good luck with the repairs. Not sure about the proposed paint scheme though.

If anything, 17 IS the time to get in trouble and learn your lesson.. Hopefully.

However, you shouldn't be smoking at 17! I see that ashtray! :darryl:

Interior is not clean if it's a smoker's car. It's science.
