I dont think anyone needs to tell you to drop it lol. I'm sure we all know your intentions. It wasnt your choice to be stock at the moment :/

Regardless, congrats on the new car! Is that DEP? Im colorblind so forgive me for asking what might be a simple question. If so, welcome to the club lol

DOOD, you got one! Sweet, congrats! 1999 ftw. And MT ftw. :D

I'd start not by modifying it, but getting it looking like it did when it was new...which looks like that may just involve respraying the front bumper and hood. Then start modifying.

And you'll get the hang of driving manual. Right before my swap I hadn't driven an MT in years, and I drove 5.5 hours home lol. Just takes practice.

Yaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyy drop it nao
I will soon, haha. :D

Congrats Bax, well worth the wait bro. Lol

5-speed...
Thanks :)

5spd ftw, dont worry about the stock issue for now...that can be fixed :p
I mainly am aiming to just get it looking clean. I'm going to start modding it more once I get a good feel of driving it.

Congratulations! is this an lx too?
Since you know your way around accords this should be a fun time for you, like a kid in a candy store. :naughty:

fix your projectors and put them on this suckerrrr!
I'm really excited, because this time I know exactly what is worthy of saving up for, what I need to buy, what not to waste money on, what to get in what order, what looks better, etc.

Pretty sure only the LX's and DX's came with Hubcaps, correct?
Yes it's an LX.

OMG YES!!!!! SOOO GLAD YOU got it bro!!!
Thanks :D

if only it was a coupe :lawl:

5 speed ftmfw. so much better than auto
Need I say it again...?
More. Whores. :lawl:

Another sedan?:puke:haha jp
Congrats man! The black looks nice and the manuals are so much better. Just make sure you don't spend too much time thinking about how to to shift when you're trying to do it. It just makes it harder
Tonight was my first night driving a manual aside from the total of a whopping 30 minutes prior in other cars, so needless to say I made some mistakes, haha. I tried to conquer my first hill start, and failed horribly. :lawl: Which makes me want to ask, is the hand brake method what I need to do on hills like that to keep from rolling backwards?

Congrats on the pick up....black sedans all day bro ur gonna have fun wit this ride.....
Thanks :)

Damn right! haha I'm definitely dropping it soon, you know how I do it. :boink:
No, it's definitely not DEP, but I'm not 100% sure. I was gonna look but it got dark when I was washing it and it started raining so I never got to look at the paint code. It kind of has a weird purplish slight tint to it in some weird lights, but I'm not exactly positive because it may just be weird lighting or the hours of accidentally inhaling solder flux when it's evaporating this morning at school ****ing with my head. :lawl:

Thanks :D :D
The whole car needs some serious tlc in the paint department. There are very tiny marks everywhere, like the ones you don't really find until you look for them. Whoever owned this car was a terrible driver, but good at getting regular maintenance done to it. It has a new water pump, starter, spark plug wires, timing belt, and some more things i'm probably forgetting atm. It's in pretty good condition, it was just a little dirty when I got it.

But as for paint, I'm sure you remember how my dad is about hooking me up. We're both so busy we have no clue when, might even be as late as this coming summer, but we're going to take a weekend and paint it. I'm really excited about this because this time I can get the door moldings and side skirts painted with the car (yup, they're both plastic again. -___- ), and I can take off the rear "Accord" and "LX" emblems like I wanted to do on my last car. :D

...if you're serious I might try that tomorrow. lol

Honestly it is a lot stronger that I thought it would be because of this 5 speed transmission. Once I get the hang of it (haha), I can already tell I'll have loads of fun in this car, lol.

Btw, I told you I'd be back didn't i? ;)

I can't wait until I'm at the point where I don't even notice I'm shifting the gears. lol
Thanks man. :)
