Sound clip please. :)
Looks really good! Did you just weld the muffler on at the axle-back? I see the weld in the picture. Or did you mess with the resonator too?

How does it sound? do you like it?

That thing looks legit and I bet it sounds sick!
You got a really good deal, people are selling their si exhaust's for over $500 out here.
You need to definitely do a sound clip:D

Not 100% similar, but still a bit.

The muffler shop cut all of the piping from the SI axelback and then chopped off about 8" from the end of the mid-pipe. Then he cut a piece of stainless piping about 14" and bent it into shape and welded it in. They did not mess with the resonator. The reason he did this was that the SI was offset left and our OEM Accord is offset right and he did not have enough room to keep the full oem mid-piping with the flange. Sounds sweet!! Very close to stock level and although, I wish that it was just a tad louder, I am still very happy with it.

Seriously, $500? The dude wanted $250 for the full catback, so I asked if he would sell only the axelback for $150 and he agreed. Paid $100 to install tho.

Good price for the purchase and install for the work involved.

Which shop did you go to to get it done?

Thanks. Took it to a shop called Canada Custom Muffler & Brake at Kennedy north of Ellesmere in Scarborough.

Re: Installed Civic SI OEM Exhaust w/ VIDEO uploaded

Video uploaded. All I have is a point and shoot camera to take the video and the actual sound is much better than the video itself.
