I don't know what you were thinking driving a problem-prone automatic like that, but I hope you learned your lesson. Anyway if you're thinking about a 2G TL, you won't be much better off, if at all. Those 5spd auto's are very problematic as well.

welp after some research, i think im just gonna stick with the accord. as the Tl also has a tranny problem, so down the road ii'd be replacing that one too.

looks like im sticking with this 3.0

UPDATE!: well the tranny shop took a look at it, and i believe my dad said it was gonna run 3600$ i blew 1"x4" hole in the casing

$3600 to rebuild your auto?? That's pretty high. That money would be much better spent swapping to manual if you have the means.

If you did get a manual to swap, I could help you do it. I have a full garage with a car lift and everything. Save you labor money.
