My buddy has an STI with a precision 6262 making around 500 HP(so he says), and these are on his wish list. It's definitely a reputable company.

I think you should buy them and do a nice write up :) I want them as well.

I love how it's so heavy and sturdy... It's meant to be abused by my Beastly... :) hahaha...

thats the bc coils i install on my cousins car... looks different? and her's is $999 include shipping...

and all i gotta say is, that is really smooth!!! can go low!!! and soft enough... much more soft than ff type 1 that i had on my 6thgen...

but then again, this is on an 8thgen... so idk how it would be on the 6thgen

but, she is def a happy customer/user

I had nearly got my hands on a very clean set of the 2002 CL1 euro-r wheels but someone else had offered a higher price.. Now I plan to save up to get a nice set of 17" and get them to use with the coilovers (install at the same time too).

My friends had also used it on both his 06 wrx and 99 wrx wagon. Others are running them on their silvia's and regard very highly of them so I do think its worth saving up for. However it'll be a couple of months before I get my hands on a set..

Looks very nice on the car. Do you know what the highest setting for them are? A finger gap or two?

So, you plan to change your ride height during the week and on weekends?

You know that you would need to get an alignment each time you change the ride height, right?

You don't HAVE to, but it helps. If you have lifetime alignment with Firestone this is easy. If not, then depending on what your need is to raise or lower it, you will need to shell out $80 each time.. Ghey, so not worth it if you are only changing heights for a short period of time then returning to the SAME height you got your original alignment with.

I see.. Guess its best to just leave it at a height that I'm happy with that'll still be able to get over speed bumps and 'some' driveways.

Yet to hear anything about the min/max height of the BC coilovers.. Anyone have an idea? Similar to the f2's?

In the interest of saving tire wear, I would just avoid raising/lowering so frequent. Seasonal is good enough, IMO.

OP, yes, just keep it at a height that will allow you to travel all the places you need to and still give you a ride height that you are happy with.

what highest setting? wouldn't that defeat the purpose of coilover... LOL...

jk jk...

nah... never try it... took us long enough to get it on the stance right now...

and she is a bit unsatisfied cuz its not low enough...

btw, here is how it sits right now...

Haha that picture there^, but maybe another inch lower is the ideal height that I'd like to have it .
It's good to know in case you need to raise it for certain reasons .. However I know of none since in Australia the seasons don't bring much of a difference in severe weather conditions as to cause you to have to raise/lower your car hah
