You asked a really broad question. Search around the forum and members ride threads for inspiration.

Its different and i like it. Its actually clean. I would leave it as is. Mabey a little drop but nothing crazy.

Most cars on the site have similar mods. There's a common path that most follow, and that's all good because frankly it works, but seeing something slightly off from the norm is refreshing.

agreed with the lip! its not over done and ricey, and I really don't mind it. you should not paint the accord oem wheels for our year.
-upgrade to 17" or higher. if you just browse craigslist for 2 months you'll find something.
things you could do cheap and rather easily:
- Black house headlights, and clear or painted reflector strips
-could tint your tail lights but be careful b/c i've seen it done wrong
-Cold Air Intake (cheap ebay piping and an upgrade on the filter
-then some larger purchases
-cat back exhaust
-headers
- coilovers
-DIY Master list
