98-00-01-02 sedan trunk/ taillight conversion

Guys thinking of doing the trunk swap.. Looking for some good picture shots to help me make up my mind..thx

Well if you swap your 02 trunk/tails to 98-00 trunk/tails....then your car will look like a 98-00 sedan.

If you need pictures just look at some 98-00 sedans in the MR section.

01-02 OEM > 98-00 OEM ftw.

Only thing that sucks is 01-02 doesn't have the CF trunk. From what I have seen.

01-02 tails look way better than 98-00 tails. Even the trunk lid looks nicer as it has a slight hump/lip opposed to just being completely flat.

This why I might swap the tails .... I was drving behind my car last and noticed I had to do some changes on the rear end and thought about changing my exhaust ans tails.. Checkout the thread

Those are just the ebay red/clear tail lights... not even 01-02 tailights.

I've never noticed that.

Regardless, 01-02 taillights > 98-00.

Not for the ULTRA rare clears. Which I don't think was an option for the 01-02.
