Here is what I did.
Follow those steps i used...
When taking out the old studs, avoid hitting it where the springs and retainers are because it might damage your drums. After hitting them out, I used a tool that my cousin uses to straighten out bent frames, you can improvise on how to get the wheel bearing out. After it is out, put your extended studs on, they aren't gonna tighten all the way, tighten them as much as you can. Put the wheel bearing back on and this is where you gotta use your lugnuts and 19mm socket does the rest of the tightening, do not use an impact gun, it will strip the insides of the lugnut.
Put it back after it is tighten all the way and there you have it.
