^Yeah, I'm sure the mothers has some sort of protectant so it's just a matter of buffing them once a week or so. Rims are easier to do than mufflers, lol.

I think it would. I'm not looking forward to trying to keep my lips polished. I've gotten some good tips though and as long as I hit with that after I wash it the finish should look good.

Too much work, that's what I went with silver wheels rather than polished.....they just wouldn't look good in my care.

Definately worth it when they are done, but that's the problem, I'd have to do it.

yeah I know that my battles were pretty much pushing the limits up front at 18x9.5 but I couldn't help but think that I could go bigger in the rear (with added fender work of course).. Im in the market for something new after I get my car back from the shop so I was curious.

If I had polished lips I would try my best to look at it as something I like to do rather than a chore. I would want to do it rather than have to do it. It helps :)

@Mikey, thanks! I used the meguiar's polish after wet sanding with 2000 grit sandpaper. You'll know that you're wet sanding when you see the water become black and dirty from the metal and sandpaper.

yeah i think i can squeeze the extra half inch up front, but more would require some more fender work, the rears i think can push a 10 easily.
With the right offset you can fit 10s easily all around. I personally wouldn't do it up front because I've heard its a rough ride. 18/9.5f -10 or 10.5 rear is perfect imo
