    I have no idea. I don't know if the engine was rebuilt and hence the 250psi of compression in each cylinder or if they just put in different cams. The engine isn't clean enough for a rebuild in my opinion. But the engine did come with and aluminum flywheel so it wouldn't surprise me if bigger...

    Ok so I am going to have to figure out why the vtec wire has power at idle, and only 2.5 volts with the engine off but ignition on. The vtec wire hasn't even been cut, my car came with vtec so I didn't need to. I am also not getting any check engine lights and the engine will rev to 7800rpm...

    OK I personally checked the vtec wire and it has power all the time. Seams odd, shouldn't it only have power above 5k rpm? I tried both my obd1 and obd2b computer and even verified the pinout and the solenoid has power all of the time seams odd.

The left my vafc in so I can reduce fuel 19% and use my factor accord ecu for emissions but disconnected the vtec wires of the vafc and reconnected the factoryt vtec wires to the ecu.     i need help with my 98 with ulev

    Couldn't he just put the regular O2 sensor in there and take care of the problem? Unless the guy also swapped the wiring harness the wide band won't even plug into the regular harness. Seems a lot simpler then getting the ulev computer and matching keys are having the dealer program new keys.
