    I was wondering if that would work but I haven't found anyone with a 6th gen who's done it that way and I also read in another forum that someone tried that with an acura...I think...I'm not really sure what car but it was a Honda product....they tried swapping chips and it didn't work...

    For anyone who has swapped out an ECU, whether for a tranny swap or any other reason.....when you went to the dealer to have your immobilizer flashed or whatever it is they do....how much did it cost you. I'm about to do my swap soon and wanted some idea of how much it's going to cost...Thanks

    I agree...or maybe stick to the original question which was, has anybody tried one of these $12 or $20 downloads to see if it's a helms manual..or fsm? Instead I got, "search" which i have...extensively....and then I got "buy a Haynes".....which is not what I want to begin with.

    5spd swap clutch spacer

    If you had no spacer then thats probably why the clutch wore out. Supposedly there are spacers welded into the body on cars that came in 5 speed. I've never seen it...that's just what i've read. Riding around without the spacers after a swap will supposedly cause the clutch to always be partly...

I found it on car-part.com when I entered in that I needed a MT for a 2002 Accord.....So I assume it's a 2.3 I4 motor in the Acura...I think the only CL available in that year in a manual transmission was a 2.3.
