    You can carefully try to pry it down with a pry bar, just take not note to bend the lip. Or you can hit it with a RUBBER hammer around the edges and the tone will start to change as it loosens up. Its pretty typical to have the honda-bond keep the oil pan in place.

    Just get the OEM Acura parts. Those poly bushing suck. They last only a few months. How do I know? Because I have to replace my poly bushings every few months. Rubber is best for daily driving applications.

    Yeah, all the prelude stuff works. Ive been running an f23 clutch and flywheel setup on my h22 tranny and motor since 06. That flywheel is too light though, you're going to hate it in traffic. And it looks like the clutch kit is an OEM replacement, not sure if you were aware of that or not.

    The Haynes manual is garbage. This is straight from the Honda factory website for Honda Techs. Its the same as the Helms manual, online.
