    My clutch is pretty heavy, there is a night and day difference between my accord and my 240, I feel like I could drop the S13 clutch with a roll of quarters, the accord on the other hand takes a cinder block. I experienced this with both my Exedy and the Perfection that I have in there now.

    This, if everything is priced approximately the same where you are, you should spend about 50 dollars if you get Honda MTF, synthetic oil and a really good filter. Transmission capacity is 2 quarts. I just dump the entire five quart jug into the engine to compensate for an empty oil filter...

    Re: HELP, No spark, replaced parts still nothing! Make sure your CKP and TDC is plugged in and not loose as well, that ended up being my problem.

    So basically I'm a Dumbass. I forgot to plug in the CKP and the TDC connector and the car was asking me Dafuq do I do? Problem solved, coil was good, ICM was good, it just came down to a simple **** up. Thanks again!

    It is cranking, it is getting compression, it is getting fuel, but there is no spark. I am trying to work back from the plug to the problem. The wall I have hit is in the distributor, I need to get the procedures from the ignitor all the way back to the key preferably.

    Are you trying to use the drum disk handbrake cables? There is a reason there are diffent cables for the disk brake. This is extremely dangerous.

    The end of the crank could be worn so bad that the pulley no longer fits it properly. The previous owner may have been oblivious to the problem for too long.

    Personally, I wouldn't modify the chassis for anything, especially in that area of the car. That looks like an off brand UCA so it doesn't surprise me that it doesn't fit. Your best bet would be to get a better made adjustable UCA that will clear the chassis.
