Took my Honda to Maaco after a car accident...

I think it was around 1200. It's not like factory paint, but it's definitely better than it was before!

Took my Honda to Maaco after a car accident...

Thanks brother. They emailed me a coupon and everything, but I was busy with other things, so I never got a chance to take care of it.

Brake lights always on after connecting a spoiler.

Alright, so that's what I've found today. What tools do I need to replace the green plastic thing? Does anybody know what's that white wire with a black stripe and if that's what could be the reason of all my electrical issues?

Brake lights always on after connecting a spoiler.

We're talking about this part, right? I used one from a LX Coupe Automatic. It was working for a couple of hours. Now, besides having dead brake lights, my dashlights go out when I turn the headlights on.

Brake lights always on after connecting a spoiler.

Yep, kept it disconnected. So I just started my car. Heard a bzzk sound coming form the fuse box...and I'm back to where I was yesterday. lol Gotta love the challenge! Maybe it has something to do with the car accident.

Brake lights always on after connecting a spoiler.

James'99 orange/white and orange were connected before, that's why disconnected them. Ok, they gave me the wrong part. Quick question... Are multiplexors on sedans, coupes, LX, EX the same.

Brake lights always on after connecting a spoiler.

They ended up fixing the spoiler at the dealership, the wiring should be good. One more thing I thought about... My brake lights were fine, while my stereo wasn't working. So basically I blown the MCU right after I fixed the stereo. Here's what I found on another forum: I disconnected the...

Brake lights always on after connecting a spoiler.

Thanks for the reply James! Do you think it could possibly be the stereo? It's just hard to believe that the spoiler can draw a lot of power. But I'll remove the bar like you said.

Brake lights always on after connecting a spoiler.

My comrades, I need your opinion. My brake lights don't work again. Tomorrow will be my 3rd visit to the Honda dealership. They fixed it twice before. First, they replaced the driver side fuse box, then I came back in 5 months - they pulled out my keyless entry and replaced the fuse box again...

    Which Speakers?

Hey! Here's my setup! I'm excited like a child, my stock rear speakers never worked. But now I can feel the bass with my every bone! And I don't even have an amp! (yet)

    Which Speakers?

Disconnected the battery, installed new speakers and now everything's working fine! Have no idea what the problem was. lol

    Which Speakers?

Hey I bought the same head unit! Stopped working in 2 weeks (lol), probably a burnt fuse. Do you know where I can get a new one? And how do you like the speakers?

Took my Honda to Maaco after a car accident...

Hey everybody. Just a little update on the Maaco paint job. It's been a couple of months and everything looks good so far. Spent some time waxing my car today. While I was doing it, I saw a couple flaws, but nothing serious. Maybe I'll recommend those guys to my friends after all :)

Just got an email from Tein: " The broken piece is part of the piston rod. The piston rod is very important to the coilover application an should not be used in this broken condition. You would need to send in the damper for repair, starting price is $75 this covers the clean up replacing he...

    Tein Street Advanced

Thanks, yeah, I believe you're right. So I was on the phone with Tein today... Now waiting for them to analyze my pics and see if it can be fixed/replaced. How important is that top part (from the first pic)? Will I be able to use the coilover without it? There's still space for the lug nut...
