    Timing Belt adjustment

    Vtec enables a middle/extra/vtec (for lack of better words) cam lobe with a pin to "join" the other lobes with the vtec lobe taking over pushing on the valves more.. best i can do... someone posted a good write up on it...I'm sure i can find it with some searching correct me if I'm wrong or...

    rear strut removal

    When I was putting in my coilovers, I had to hammer on. It and use a 2x2 piece of wood to get the old out. Wedged it between two spots and stepped on it..not a easy for the rear pain in the ***..best of luck..might be easier to have someone be a set of extra hands
