Yeah, I think we have similar tips. I was going for a subtle sleeper look with it. You'll have to hear it soon man, it sounds amazing!

So would love to Turbo the Accord, but I'm not too sure the Euro R engine would appreciate boost??
Your ride's pretty fly dude, lovin the rims.

Thanks man! I think the Euro-R would loooove boost, but it's gotta be done right, and you may need to piece a kit together, unless some kits are sold specifically for it where you are, or in Europe. You have H22A or H22B right? Also.. find a good tuner in your area who can handle DOHC.

Yeah, H22A7 11:1 Compression ratio (that would be the only thing I'm worried about) or maybe just slap the head on a sleeved / forged block??
I'm just loving the spool sound of a Turbin at the moment (thats your fault after watching the vids), and my wife wanted to buy a Mitsubishi Evolution V before seeing the interior of the Euro R.... so I think she likes the idea of Turbo as well.

Hehe, I'm guilty of spoolin'!

I'm glad your wife also advocated the idea of you turboing. The 11:1 compression is a bit high for turbo I think though, you would be better off building an engine and swapping it in. I don't know too much about engine internals, and boost vs. compression when it comes to actually planning a build; I have to do more research in the future. Is it possible to swap a straight up prelude H22 in it and boost? Or even an F23..?

You can run turbo on higher compression engines. You just wont be able to run high psi numbers. It also wont take you as long to run good numbers, You just need a great tune to eliminate detonation. New civic 06 and up si's are running boost on stock internals great, and I think they are 11:1 also. But as far as psi numbers are concerned, they arent very high. But who cares, u still got a turbo.

I think he would be better off just selling the car to me =) ill pay shipping

I may look into building a solid bottom end from a Prelude H22 then swap that into the car with the Euro R head, not lookin to run hellish boost..... just wanting an added kick!
Whens your car getting its tune on Russianred??
