19"x8.5" +38offset, will it fit??

if the lug patter matches, then yes it will fit though you may rub when you turn all the way but who cares?

i had 18x8" wheels on my old 94 honda civic w/215/35/18 tires and they rubbed frame when i would turn ALL the way so i just never did unless i had too - even if it did rub i didn't care it looked ballin

That's crazy. haha. Any clearance issues?

For the rear, the car was enlarged of 1.5". so, everything is fine.
As for the front....... tire are HEAVILY rubbing against the upper arm........ lol I'll need to add spacer and enlarge the front or put a smallest tire. Kind of 215-30-18
