Well 6gen fam, the time has come. my baby is up for sale. Im in the market for something newer and nicer. I will be around still, as this is honestly the realest forum im apart of. 
My father was the original owner and passed it down to me in high school. Well maintained , oil changed every 3-4k

Retrofitted Stanlys (morimoto h1)
civic fogs not wired
plastidipped polly type r lip
pioneer Double din
Pioneer 6.5 door speakers
Red cluster LED
01-02 HVAC controls and clock
JTC Short shifter with s2000 knob
tl-s strut bar
shaved valve cover
cut strut towers (will weld up and paint if buyer wants)
KYB EXCELL struts with Tein S-tech springs
gutted cat
Straight pipe with 2 resonators to a 3 in blast pipe
Jspeed adjustable Toe arms
DEPO RED CLEARS
Bad:
Needs tires+alignment
Needs front rotors
Paint is not the best, cancer on roof, trunk
fenders are shot from my wheel fitment (*see next section)
Hood is dented from car jumping in gear and hitting a trailer hitch (*see next section)
Scratches from lip on the bumper
steering wheel has peeled at the top (throw a tl-s wheel in it =] )
door cards have some bubblng and on tear INT IS 7/10 IMO
WHAT I WILL FIX BEFORE SALE
replace flex pipe and exhaust leaks
new oil pan (current one is scrapped from being slammed)
under coat the subframe where its scrapped (slammed issues)
I have new hood and fenders that will be painted and on the car with sale.
Im trying my best to include everything.
