1999 EXL Sedan - Update Thread

Nothing just yet, recovering from purchasing 4 new General Altimax HP tires at the moment, but I'll be making some changes soon. Primarily darker window tint, new wheels and possibly new tail lights (mine leak ). Then I want to straighten out the panels on the front drivers side, which are bent out of whack, as you can see.

Suggestions are welcome!

well you have leather and a sunroof so that's a good start.. now you need to save up and get yourself a huge drop and you'll be set and that is the ugliest 'i love my honda' decal everrrrrr lol sry

hah well I was bored, and it was only 10 bucks. So I went for it.

I prob will take it off after I tint since the letters will be black on black.

My personal plate is going to say LUV MY and then I'm getting an Accord frame, since I debaged the trunk.

fresh out of the detail shop.

I want to go get it tinted.. but haven't decided on a % yet. Suggestions, and or other heathermist metallic tint pics are welcome.

however. i think the hood bra just kills the look of your car

consider taking it off? im guessing you just had it put on because it wasnt on in the pictures you posed before

'ILMH' decal......needs to go.
Car bra......see above.

That bra really ruins the look of the car, I'd have to agree. Hope you change your mind about it.

Other than than, I would suggest a drop, I'm sure you'll feel the pressure to do it after you see some of the other rides on here as well.

It came with my car when I bought it, and I only have it on when I do a lot of freeway driving as my Hood has a new paint job.

Not going to lower it because I live in New Orleans and my car is already scraping the ground enough on our horrible roads. No way jose.

Maybe when I get back to Texas... but still, I enjoy my ride comfort. Function>Form IMO.

My next thing is tint. I've been looking at the LED tails but I can't warm up to them. I think I'll just live with mine as-is.

I don't plan to stray far from the stock form of my Accord. I want to be able to easily trade/sell it in a year or so, and mods don't add value in the used accord market; they usually decrease it.

I would make it fast before I made it look fast, anyways. Sleeper is my style.
