and roughly $400 from bisi you think it'd be possible to see 200WHP from those, I/H/E, and a tune?
Not to rain on your parade..but no. You won't see 200 whp N/A without higher compression..

I won't even see 200 whp when I'm done and I will have the H23 head (similar to PnP F23 head), Delta 260 camS, F22a6 IM and TB, chipped P72 ecu, and tuned by Uberdata..

I'm hoping 180+ tho :)

No doubt. It's definitely a challenge for the F23 to reach the 200whp mark N/A. Can it be done? Certainly, but it will take a good amount of work.

I/H/E, PnP head, bored TB, ported IM, Bisi Stage 2 cam, Bisi cam gear, 11:1 CR should yield the 200whp mark for sure..with a tune of course

That much of a change in compression should be accompanied with a good tune.

A short-term fix is just to richen the A/F ratio with a AFC, or something similar. Or you can just let it run lean. No big deal. :p
