i go to the shop last night to drop some more parts off, and upon getting there, i pull out the engine harness thats been sitting in my truck for a month, and notice the part #.

and i go ape **** in the parking lot lol. its the wrong harness and i completely overlooked it. being a special order part, i might be out $250 now, so i can hopefully send it back. they gave me the harness thats more of the ABS related ****. i need the main harness 32110pgea11 ****ING ACURA.... ****ing me!! im so pissed that i over looked this

also KMS is still jerking me around for forged parts, so i might just be using factory acura parts.. im tired of waiting for a reply from them..

anyone know other places making forged jseries parts? like connecting rods and crap?

I've also found some goodies i bought a while back with intents of putting in, but kept holding out til the motor build like the mugen thermostat and fan switch and the corsport aluminum shift linkage bushings. next 2 things to by are the UR underdrive kit and the CSF aluminum rad.

im also going to fabricate an alumnum cooling plate since no one makes one. depending on how much it costs me, could possibly start selling them. i know comptechv6 wants one, hes actually the one who gave me the idea since he said hes been looking for one


ps: jazz this is my friends TL racing a stage 2 gti. 03 cl-s engine with mdx crank c-rods etc. 6spd mt. comptech supercharger and aem fuel reg on a stock j32 ecu with no fuel manage

the kid with the gti's friend is talking so hes missinformed, its cl-s engine trans w/ mdx internals. and since its them doing the video they add all their stupid lil comments on the video.

Mike yeah Acura parts should work fine, I forgot which gen but some of the Acura RL and L pistons are rods are forged out the factory.

CSF Radiator is next, I have everything already to finish and install, except for the ECU which a friend of mine is picking up.

Correct engine harness should come today. The fact that the rear motor mount finally failed on the j30, well the block failed not the mount. I have all new goals to get this thing in ASAP. hopefully before honda day @ atco which is nov 8th. a sharp deadline, but we will see

i watched that video of jae's TL at the shop...things rediculous..aaron and kid with the gti are both getting an evo x's real soon...can't wait to see that rematch

enough of the threadjack..build looks like its coming along well..can't wait to see it all together...are u gunna be going with same set p as jae with the comptech s/c or u going another route?

id love to go turbo, but there are too many if's and buts about turbo. c/s is reliable, we will see tho, motor 1st

ill play with that for a while then see what i want to do

just ordered me some of that DEI exhaust wrap for the headers.. saw in on dremans car.. i instantly wanted. ordered in black. also once my plenum comes in, those along with the 2 valve covers and the center plate on the intake manifold are headed to Proformance Intustries in New Rochelle for some black powder coat. (they do the work for the shop so they are gona help me out with some prices)

PS:
like all the H and B heads, that rough coating is that powder coat?
