The rust was minimal and has already been removed and treated. Transmission still has some life. The only thing I have going for it is a new leather interior.

Thanks for the offer, but too low for me. I could easily sell just the new leather seats for $500. The new OEM timing belt/water pump/balance belt parts included I could get $150. You could bid for it on eBay, 10 day listing, so theirs time. I'll be taking more pictures of the interior and update the eBay listing soon.

I've been lurking this forum some time, lots of great info. Maybe I can make a guide on reupholstering a car next time I do it. Can get the factory replacement leather for around $350 on on eBay for the Accord and with some basic knowledge reupholster the car.
