Re: 6 > 4 [6spd + 3.2 swap]

Dang, how hard do you drive your car? I was going to go with the 60A ones.

Well they were the old style as well. I was one of the first people to have those mounts so sure enough they weren't perfect, now I have the newer style (bushing lays down horizontally and not vertically), with 75A bushings, with a 60A side mount (replacing it later)

Eric said the same thing about the bolts. Maybe when if I order from them directly I can just ask for longer ones? Is there a length I can just ask for?

Well the ones he gave me in response to me telling him the others were too short were barely good enough. Just go to the hardware store because they take forever to ship stuff out. One phone call he told me he was going to do it right then and there and that they were in front of him, sure enough he didn't send them out that day. the bolts weren't long enough to clear the engine mount bracket.

Honestly im suprised he gave me my money back bia warranty when I bought the new 75A mounts and gave him the old 60A mounts weeks later.

Frusterating when people can't just do their job.

75A's are only $10 more. Not sure which ones I'll go with yet, but thanks Nick.

Walked into that one.

Swap will be done May 26 - May 30. I'll be taking a Thursday and Friday off work, and I already have that Monday off since it's Presidents Day. So we'll have roughly a good 5 days.

I wanted to do it sooner, but I gotta be crafty with my vacation days because I need some for the wedding, honeymoon, and IA.

^Thanks Jason. I am using an Accord 6spd tranny though, so no LSD. However one can be dropped in easily, just gotta shim the inside of the case so it can be mounted at the correct height. Don't think I'll ever bother with it though, since I don't race/track the car.

Man May 26th seems far away, lol. Oh well, gives me time to order parts.
