How about May 2? Gives people time to get there schedules in order and request a day off work if needed.

Saturday MAY 29th is the date...

I figured since most of us here are in college and school is out the weekend of the 8th. my school has the latest graduation in the area which is the 23rd... the 29th should be enough time after.

Palisades mall. How does that sound?
