I think you're going the right route by boosting the K instead of the H. The H might have gotten you 250ish whp before you'd have to sleeve and build it. The K will get you more than that although I don't know about 500+ whp reliably.

Yes that is the reason why I went K because I really did not want to rebuild the H. As far as the k's go many people have been making crazy power with K20 more so and K24's also making in the 400-600whp with no issues with minor upgrades like Head studs, fuel, kpro etc. I'm not building a drag car so I should be fine. The tuner I'm using has one of the highest recorded turbo K24's and k20's in the world on stock block and had built and tuned many high power K's, some where in the 600-800whp range some had more done then others of course. I'm actually not using a bone stock motor and do have some aftermarket internals but no way looking to break any HP records 400 will be great lol

damn I can't believe my **** hasn't blown up after almost 9 years of boost! even with 5-6 months of untuned AFC hack

OG boosted accord is still around nice.

Last dyno was 8 years ago, 203hp/210 ft-lbs tq @ 10 psi Mustang Dyno

Folks, remember to PM me these numbers rather than post them in the thread. The list has been updated with you on it man. Where do you live? (PM me). Also, if you guys would like for folks to be able to go straight to your engine build thread, PM me the link and I'll add that to the list.

That is seriously impressive. Good build!

I've heard of some big number K's as well, but only time will tell how long they'll run properly on the stock engine at that much hp. I think 400 is a great place to keep it since it will be driven regularly. When will it be done?

No doubt I know what you mean running big numbers will only last for so long but yes my goal is mild. I hope to have it done some time in June sooner or later.

I went AWOL from forums while I was focusing on school, and I would occasionally check back on your special K thread. Was :( when it hadn't been updated in awhile, glad to see you're still around!

i want to boost my k24 :boohoo:

but i don't have a header, so what can i do? :boo:

What do you need a header for if you're going turbo? You need a turbo manifold. Mainstream can find one or get one made for your application whenever you're ready.
