Do it dude! It looks badass, and who cares if it's a FWD.. that don't mean you can't stagger it. Yeah no function, but so what! It's not like you are putting a hood scoop on without a purpose, it's the stance that counts!

If you want it for looks, then go for it.
If you're doing it for performance, don't waste your time
Remember, when people do staggard fitments, the wider wheels/tires normally go in the drive wheels
THe reason why people neglect to do a staggard fitment on a FWD car is because

1) it just doesn't look right wit hteh front wheels being wider than the rear

2) Turning issues

I can understan if this is for track purposes, but not for a daily driver

I've yet to experience any of the steering issues associated with a staggered fitment, perhaps because my tire sizes are the same?

I am too... love it - BTW: it does handle better IMO.

18x7.5 (+47mm) F. - 18x8.5 (+50) R. Tires are 225/40-18 & 245/40-18

it looks good if its done right.

I agree just like any other mod if done right can make the diff in how a car turns out.

acuras can do it, but for some reason honda cant do it

If they can we can too

does having a staggered set up really mess up your handling that much??

technically staggered wheels on a fwd drive car is actually functional. The reason why we go wider wheels on most cars is for a better surface area on the ground which helps get a better grip. On a track or taking turns at high speeds in a fwd car the back wheels kind of... skid (i would say) a bit... because there is really no drive train giving them a direction to go... the staggered wheels at the back put more of the tires surface area on the ground giving it less of that "skid" in high turns so its not necessarily "not functional"

the initial reason for staggered wheels is to give more surface area of the tires on the ground. its understandable that on fwd cars its kinda pointless, why not have the same size all around but staggered wheels will only give it more grip and less oversteer especially in the tail end of a car...

I understand your point, but that's the purpos of a FWD car
If the rear starts to power slide (Not drift) on a FWD car you can accelerate to pull you out of a slide.

To me, it's really a personaly preference.
I can understand the reason for having wider tires on the drive wheels on a FWD car for track purposes. But to driver around with the front tires being wider will look weird
If you put the wider tires on the rear, it will look much better, but defeats the purpose on a FWD car.

Having staggered fitment means you cannot rotate the tires around without swap in the tires rims to rim which would mean you have to pay someone to remount and balance your tires everytime you rotate them, or you do not rotate them and then they wearout quickly, very quickly on the fronts.
