Sh*tty deal dude.....bright side it could of been worse. If your wheels locked up then ya....your ABS didnt work.

Once before I had to slam my brakes and I felt ABS activate with a vibration. But this time they did lock up before I hit him, but they only screeched.... :/

WTF? That's nuts.

Thats my exact thoughts on it also, their logic is that it's hard to tell who is at fault - The last car in the line could have caused all the damage, due to pushing all the cars forward into the car in front. :smash:

As for the ALB not working... you said you weren't travelling that fast.... could it be a case of ALB doesn't operate until car is travelling @ say 15mph??
