isn't the TL-S OEM rear sway bar a pretty decent upgrade (from stock accord), and quite cheap?

indeed it is, going from 16mm to 20mm is a very large improvement. the CT bars will be oldskool someday like ppi and soundstream amps so might as well invest now

Anyone know where to/how to order just the rear comptech accord sway bar?

not sure what the differences are, but i think the OEM bars are 20mm.
