the stock rear sway bar is 16mm and the stock front sway bar is 26.?mm thick

Just messure it. My TL bar was 20mm rear, my stocker was 17mm. I have no clue about the front but i can figure it out if people want. I'd only touch the front if you go with a big bar, like 24mm or so. Construction of the bar has alot to do with how stiff it's going to be as well, some are hollow, some are solid. Solid will flex more.

Didn't want to make a new post for one question. Sorry if I'm bringing this back to the front from the dead.

I have an 00' V6 EX Coupe. To my understanding, my stock rear sway bar is 20mm, correct? If I wanted to upgrade (cheap), the best bet would be:

04' Acura TL-S Rear Sway Bar, which is 24mm?

Thanks for any info.

I'm definately gonna pick up the TL rear bar with my next check. I'm gonna go ahead and get the new endlinks too since my car has ~140,000 and I'm in soggy Louisiana. I can't wait to go from stock to dropped w/ the bigger swaybar.

you can always try to using some pb blaster to take nuts off of endlink....it works like a magic....

to clarify to my knowledge, stock accord sway bar is 17mm, 04 tl 6spd is 19mm, and as long as it fits 04 tl it will bolt onto your car, just make sure you get brackets and bushings

Stock rear sway on accord is 17mm. the TL rear bar is 19mm.
The Progress Group rear sway bar for TL application does fit the 6th gen accords, I have it installed on my 6th gen currently.

And I might just throw this out there...IF anyone needs a pair of rear endlinks, I have some I bought just in case...however I didnt use them, so im more than willing to sell them.

I had a bit of clearance issues with just the stock tl bar and my exhaust hanger. If you want to go aftermarket, i'd just by a bar actually designed for an accord. The TL bars are inhearently better by design, they are just bigger.

are the TL sway bars compatible with the stock endlinks?

Yes
