I had never heard of this until recently browsing the member's rides forum.

From what I've read they can replace coilover springs and let you go a little lower. My Teins, however, use tapered springs. My question is if anyone knows the likeliness of finding air bags the work with Teins. Would this really let you go lower than the lowest setting on your coilovers?

do you have tein coilovers, or springs... i didn't think the coilovers had tappered springs. Air ride suspension isn't anything new. alot of commercial trucks use them, lowriders that bounce up and down use them. Usually this set up comes as a kit (ksport has one) it includes an air compressor lines to to the suspension, struts and airbags... i don't think u usually just replace springs

Thanks for the info. According to Jed's thread, he used them to replace the springs on his coilovers to get a little lower.

I have the Tein Street Basis full coilovers and the springs are tapered, as confirmed by a Tein employee.

That is what he did. What exactly he bought... I don't know.

Why do you want air suspension? If you really do you should do some more research on it.
