Anyone have a clue why anytime I turn my AC on my engine starts to rattle and shake violently?

Check your motor mounts.

Are they stock motor mounts? If so they may be worn.

I have this problem also, but my engine does seem to shake aside from normal idling, how ever my whole dash vibrates a s*** ton on any AC setting 1-4.

you need idle speed with and without a/c comp engaged
