Difficult because the picture is too dark, if you can get a better shot of your car/wheel i can give it a shot.

If someone's got the time! (if the car looks weird, it's because I had to brighten it up a little)

If it makes a difference I'm looking at 17" and the side wall will be about 3.5"

Actually, could you move the wheels up a little higher, like the top of the tire just at the fender. And the wheels slightly larger.
