I worked for em for 5 years, sorry. More than likely it got put on the wrong truck when it was being sorted and loaded. **** happens, but they're also spending about 5x the money now to ship it back to you.

I work for a ups store. and i know if ups dosnt deliver the package on the expected date. you can get your money back on shipping. even for ground. does fedex do that?

I have dealt with FedEx and UPS alot of times and they have been alright with me as far as transit times. Both Hawaii workers are even cool with each other. I ask one another how they think about the other one, and they said were bruddahz of the same cause (deliver the package) and "only mainland guys have beef with each other not us".

I always use DHL, they'll come to my office and pick-up, they're cheap (Shipped some WW sides once for like $14 I think) and they're stupid fast.
