light weight valve train kit... im getting the one from tasauto... light weight valve springs will help the car rev faster and better... with the nos kit... u can prolly do something around there

don't do what i did! save up and wait! do a complete H22/23 swap and make around 200 just like that!
i don't understand why i didn't do it that way instead of first doing headwork, then boost, now tranny and later on bottom end...
i should've done my hw right but i was a youngin and thats what i get

but a swap is easily 4 grand...with that $ i would rebuilt my engine and have it setup for a 150 shot ....but then again i have a AT :fail:

Why would anyone build a motor around No2??? If you're going to build your motor, build it for boost or a bad *** NA setup. Being able to run a 100hp nozzle should just be a perk for having a well built setup.

I'd rather have the power there all the time. You can't spray 24/7 ya know.

yea u got a point there... but mainly i just want the power is just 2 run it not really when im in cruise but we all got our opinions....plus if i was 2 built the motor for boost i would need a tranny to go along because i have a AT so for me its pointless because just that motor and tranny swap is gonna put a hole in my pocket . for that jus do internal work and a nice shot setup

981,234,854,985,469,843,254,325% right! A nice NA setup with forged internals that you can slap a 100 or 150 shot. :drool: My C3's got a built 383 stroker that's waiting to be swapped. It made 464tq at the crank, and I won't have to worry about spraying a 200 shot on it because I didn't skimp the first time around.

I think Badger summed this up pretty well. Whether boost or nitrous, you're gonna have to go above and beyond to achieve 200whp. I'm quite ignorant when it comes to fuel injected nitrous setups, but I DO know F series motors, and I know that an extra 100hp on a stock block without a good tune (or even with, for that matter) could easily lead to disaster. I have even less faith in those auto trannys. The two that I have driven, made me scared to step on the throttle. I can't imagine spraying on one. :skurred:
