Anyone looking good on 16's?

you're paying way too much for getting tires. i can get a set of 16 tires for like $350 mounted and balanced. and found another shop i can get it for less too.

You are correct!! The Hankook's that are on my Accord now were well below $400 M/B. I could've made it more clear a couple of posts earlier but I switched to 16's for the cheaper tires. The $1000 tires were Bridgestones that were a 225/40/18.

There's a big difference between 16" and 18" tires though.

RE960 Pole Positions are near the top of Bridgestone’s A/S UHP selection, so regardless they are not cheap. But they can be found for cheaper than that for sure. They are a great tire though.

first 3 pages are below $120/ea.

16s are less too. and yeah. Bridgestones are expensive. i used some Capitol UHP 205/40s on some Motegi MR-7s i had and loved the ride. even without an alignment the wear on them wasn't all that bad. wish i never sold them.
