Automatic to Manual swap Accord 99 VSS

Hi Guys I need help, I did the trans swap, it works great, But I need help gettin the VSS to work, I bought the plug for the manual VSS but cant figure out to get it to work, or how to fool the ECU so it can work.!!

Also Vtec is not working, Any idea ?
